Which data arises

  • Order data: Email address, name, delivery address and the items ordered. You enter them at checkout.
  • Cart cookie: A technically necessary cookie remembers your cart. It holds only a random identifier and no information about you.
  • Language cookie: When you switch the language or place an order, another technically necessary cookie remembers your choice (English or German).
  • Server logs: When you open the site, the server stores the time, the page requested and the IP address for technical reasons.

Sharing with the brand and Pushover

Each order is shipped by the brand whose product you bought. To do this we pass your name, delivery address and the items ordered to that brand. The brand is notified through Pushover. Pushover is a service operated in the USA.

  • Purpose: Processing and shipping your order.
  • Recipients: the brand concerned and Pushover as a technical service provider.
  • Transfer to the USA: With the notification, name and address reach Pushover in the USA.
  • Basis: Performance of the purchase contract (Art. 31 para. 2 lit. a FADP, Art. 17 para. 1 lit. b FADP). Legal review is pending.

Paying with Bitcoin

The shop runs the payment page itself (BTCPay Server). The invoice uses the amount, an invoice ID and the cart ID. Your name and address are not on it. Bitcoin payments are publicly visible on the blockchain, without names. The invoice is valid for 60 minutes.

Hosting

Details of the hosting provider to follow (operator).

Fonts, tracking, cookies

Fonts are hosted on our own server, no data is sent to font services. We use no analytics, tracking or advertising services. That is why there is no cookie banner.

Retention

We keep order data for as long as the law requires for business records. After that we delete it.

Your rights

You can ask for information about your data, have it corrected and ask for it to be deleted, unless a retention duty applies. Write to the contact address above. You can lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
