Seller

The seller is the operator named in the Legal notice. They sell lip care from brands they work with.

Contract

The contract is concluded once your payment is confirmed and the order is created in the shop. Until then your cart is not binding.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF). You see the shipping costs in your cart and at checkout. Payment is by Bitcoin only. The amount in Bitcoin is calculated from the CHF total when the payment starts. The rate is fixed for 60 minutes, after that the payment page expires and you start a new payment.

Underpayment and overpayment

If you send too little, you can send the rest while the payment page is open. After that we sort it out with you personally. An order is only created once the payment is fully confirmed. We refund any amount sent in excess.

Delivery

The brand ships your order itself and directly to you, on behalf of the seller. Each brand states its delivery time on its page. We deliver within Switzerland. If you order from several brands, the items arrive in separate parcels.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by hand. You receive a link by email and enter your Bitcoin address there. Then we send the amount to that address.

Returns

The returns policy will be added by the operator. Returns information from individual brands is on their page.
